The program format allows various fitness levels to effectively participate in a multi-disciplinary approach to training. All human movement categories are covered. A multi-station format each station 30 seconds in duration. Perform as much work as possible in 30 seconds. The functional training includes cardio, stability, balance, strength, power, and strength and power endurance.

Abdominal group exercise will concentrate on strengthening the core muscle. This muscle group acts as the stabilizer for the entire body. The objective of this program is to emphasize the importance of strengthening the abdominal area. A strong abdominal (core) will help prevent lower back problems and improve posture. By participating in this group exercise, the participant will learn safe and practical abdominal and breathing exercises.
